Being a great athlete doesn't guarantee that the coaches from your desired colleges will see you and offer you a spot.

So you want to be recruited!   Knowing the ins and outs, rules, and nuances of the recruiting process is Ph.D. worthy in and of itself.  Each sport has it's own recruiting timetable and preferred methods of assessing your potential.  Over-layering this are the NCAA guidelines, and which schools will be the best academic and financial fits for you

Let us demystify the process in this informative and fun workshop.

This class will cover:

If you want to find your best recruiting options? You have to:

  • learn the rules of recruiting, NCAA and NAIA guidelines
  • build a relationship with coaches,
  • understand the timing of your communications with them
  • have a list of great questions to ask the coaches
  • have good footage of your skills
  • know how to present yourself well in a recruitment interview

Come learn about what lies ahead and how to best position for your college athletic opportunity.

This class is co-presented by Elizabeth Hartley and Nancy Manning.  Elizabeth has been working with athletes who want to be recruited for over 20 years.  Her own son was a heavily recruited swimmer who ended up choosing to swim for Duke.  Nancy's own children were also recruited college athletes,  AND, before joining Scholarship Gold,  she was the lead counselor at a large charter school that catered specifically to college-bound athletes.
